1. Safe Zone Demand Protocol

If any gang or crew makes a demand within a safe zone, the opposing gang must be given 45 minutes to prepare for a fight.

• During this 45-minute period, no shooting is allowed
• The opposing gang may choose to prepare or decline the fight
• If they decline, all trash talk must stop immediately
• The situation must be settled through proper roleplay within the safe zone

2. Safe Zone Fighting Prohibition

Fighting inside safe zones is strictly prohibited.

• If additional time is required to arrange a fight outside the safe zone, a request must be made
• All parties must respect and support this request

📹 PvP Evidence & Reporting Requirements

1. PvP Justification Requirement

Engaging in PvP within the city without proper roleplay or a valid in-character reason will result in strict action.

• All PvP must have clear, logical in-character justification
• Violent actions must stem from ongoing RP storylines

1 Respect & Conduct

Treat all players and staff respectfully. No harassment, bullying, racism, sexism, or hate speech.

• Staff decisions are final
• Repeated arguing with staff = punishment

9 Fear RP

Your character should show fear in life-threatening situations.

Starting today, crew wars are strictly prohibited unless approved by Admins.

2 No Cheating / Exploits

• Absolutely no mods, hacks, or third-party software that gives unfair advantage
• Exploiting glitches (duping money, item bugs, etc.) must be reported immediately

3 No Random Deathmatching (RDM)

You must have a valid IC (in-character) reason for killing someone.

4 No Vehicle Deathmatching (VDM)

• Do not use vehicles as weapons unless part of a valid RP (e.g., police chase pit maneuver)
• Running people over for fun = ban

5 Combat Logging

• Logging out to avoid arrest, death, or losing items is strictly forbidden
• If you crash, return immediately and continue the RP

6 Value of Life

• Always value your character's life realistically
• If outnumbered or held at gunpoint, comply unless you have a realistic escape

7 Power Gaming

Don't force unrealistic actions or RP outcomes on others.

8 Meta Gaming

Do not use OOC info in RP.

10 New Life Rule (NLR)

• After dying, you forget all events leading up to your death
• You cannot return to the scene for at least 30 minutes or until the RP has ended

11 Safe Zones

No crime, violence, or trolling in:

• Hospitals
• Police HQ & Stations
• Server spawn points
• Clothing & Mechanic Shops
• Luxury stores

⚔ PVP Limitations

1.1 RP Justification Required

Players must not attack, threaten, or kill others without a valid reason.

1.2 Talk First, Shoot Last

Conflicts must always begin with dialogue and roleplay.
